Does the 9790 (OS 7.1) Have an AUTOLOCK Function?
I don't mean AUTO SLEEP where the screen turns off after 10 seconds nor do I want to set a password which autolocks the device and prompts for password.
I want the phone to lock automatically (without the need for password) when I stop using it for a minute. Can this be done?
Too often the phone sleeps (screen dims to black) but stuff can still be opened or turned on with a quick press of a key or touch to the screen when I forget to lock it and the phone is in my pocket or bag.
My 9700 and 9780 used to have this autolock function but I can't seem to find it on my 9790.
Thanks. - 11-26-2012, 08:38 PM

Yeah I got the Pattern Lock App and it works exactly like I need with the extra benefits of an easy to swipe unlock code.

Pattern Lock actually sucks! The free one you get from app world is a trial version that works 'okay' but self expires after 24 hours or something. Then when you pay for it the real version it is extremely buggy and extremely slow.
I'm not sure why the free trial version is superior? But I do not recommend it anymore!
