    Default Contact list issue

    Since I created a new BB ID I cannot restore my old contact list from the backup file.
    I can restore it, however, if I sign in with my old ID.
    Any practical way to circumvent this restriction and to restore my Address Book, other than punching all details manually?

    Have you tried the 'new' phone option in desktop manager?
