Basically I got a bb bold 9790 for xmas and I'm on orange or "ee". My phone just got registred today so I expected bbm to work when I did a battery pull. FAIL. I checked settings and BIS is not connected. I am on contract and bbm and bis is included. I've tried rebooting restarting and power off but it all hasn't changed anything. I tried to register it via orange.blackberry.com and it says my phome aint registered!!! It came up saying somethin bout hsr or hst I forgot. I pressed register now. And messege is sent successfully but no reply. PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you register host routing table? Then send service books if that doesn't work. Last case, call your carrier.

That's whaat it was called. I registered and it said it had sent successfully.I. Am yet to get vresponse I haven't set up email. Will I need to do that for service books
