Yes, the theme is spent paying ($ 1.99 for version OS7 style icon and $ .99 for version OS6 style icon).
I decide to pay for this theme to buy a new Blackberry, my bold is in the process of dying :/
This theme has been downloaded over 3600 times here, the people who obviously do not have to pay anything if they do not want to get the latest system upgrades (bug fix on the size and font type in menus, and lists of messages (e-mail and SMS))

This theme use to be free and then went to paid? Ill keep rocking the free one. Still a great theme and good work on it.
