customization is the thing i love most about blackberries, although the stock theme isnt bad or anything i still want options lol.
something that gets rid of the favorites bit would be nice
hurry up developers!
im getting worried the 9780 isnt getting taken seriously as a new phone and all the attention is still on development for the 9700/9800. is this always the case the it takes so long?
With the 8900 I wasn't at all a theme **[edit: er, enthusiast], but because I think there's a lot of room for improvement in the BB6 UI, for the first time I'm looking forward to themes.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the developers, or your assumption that the 9780 isn't getting taken seriously... it's solely down to RIM delaying a release of Theme Studio compatible with the 9780 screen size, and nothing else
And why you think RIM are still developing the 9700 is beyond me

oh ok, is the release of this theme studio app usually weeks after the launch of a new phone?
That was the case when the Torch was launched. Within a couple of weeks RIM released a beta version of Theme Builder that was compatible with that device.
When will they release a version compatible with the 9700 OS6/9780? Nobody knows but RIM

Everyone is in such a hurry to make their phone look like an iPhone or an Android.
Nope. I think you missed the point. We crave FUNCTIONALITY... Themes that we have used in the past allow us to customize, yes, but the functionality is greater with a custom theme than the standard, ugly STOCK variety.
