The new os7 gives users the option to just keep the "All panel" eliminating the annoying msgs, favorties, frequently.
I'm waiting to see if anyone can build a theme like that, strictly ALL. I do enjoy the look of the os6 and 7 but despise scrolling constantly through all the panels. A lot of os5 themes, but its lacks that os6/7 feel. You looking for that 2?

Leebo is an excellent choice. I used it on my 9700 with OS 6 exclusively.
