Depends what is classed by poor. Mine has bbm, weather, facebook, twitter and e-mails on constant update. I would consider my phone and text useage as light. It gets switched off at night and I get 2 days out of a full battery.
Malcolm.

Are you collecting stats to shove it up RIM's throats ? If so - am game ...

Abt time RIM developers got down to giving us a proper build (instead of shuffling cods and sfi's from here and there)

Great, I saw a good bump in battery life when I went from 668 to 723, I'm running it with Twitter, WhatsApp, BBM, Email en Text, and using it constantly. And I do mean.. Constantly haha.

After a day it's down to.. 40 % at maximum.

I was on 666. I suspect some gremlin got into it because it had good battery life then went to when I put in a new rev of Poynt. On .723, it is working fine.

Malcolm.
Compared to previous versions.

For instance, I only use BBM, Email, Text and Voice calls and I only get 2 days. The usage is exactly same as previous versions, .668 which lasted me easily 4 days straight, without turning it off at night or anything. Turning it off at night would last me 7 days. This was 1 of the reason I loved this BB. But now, it only last the same as a galaxy S2.

LOL I wish.... but might do since u mentioned it. We wont get a proper build because they'd rather spent time on OS 7 and 10.

We need the battery life on .668 with all the fixes on .723
