    Default White screen, with a menu? (as soon as device boots up and no way to get to the normal screen)



    That is a video I took of it.

    On top of that,
    when I connect the phone to the computer to try reset it with BBSAK, the computer doesn't read it (It shows a drive e: until I unplug it, but BBSAK doesn't detect the device and in device manager under the USB tree, "blackberry" is there so I'm confused....
