What is the best app to talk to people for free using bis

Guys Iv been hunting for an app to replace the fact that blackberry does not support skype... any luck wid anyone? or even something remotely close would do...

hopefully wechat develop an app for BB10 and when that happens, we can video or voice call across multi platform..
and the best part is they you can use wifi OR 3G.
in the meantime, i've been doing PTT with my friends across platform and messaging with it is smooth without any lags..
and when i say across platform, it means blackberry, android, iphone, windows, Symbian and also PC.

i'm promoting because am very satisfied with the app and with good support hopefully they do support BB10 come jan30.
