Hi, I bought an unlocked blackberry bold 9780 off ebay and it is working fine except for the internet. My network provider is orange and the phone says that the blackberry internet service is not connected. How can I fix this?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan (BIS) from Orange active for the device?

Sorry I'm really stupid with all these things, but yes I think I do! I have a blackberry contract with orange and I used to own a Blackberry Bold 9780 with orange but it broke which is why I bought the unlocked one off ebay
