Ok, so here it goes! I activated full BIS plan on my blackberry after months (I used BBM Only service) & (I had activated full BIS serrvice prior to that). So now when i have activated full BIS now, i did the following


Setup -> Email account -> then page appears for existing users -> over there i typed my username(which i think its same as BBid) & Password but to no unveil

the error which im getting is "the username is invalid. the username must have atleast 4 characters. Now my user name which entered was chaingangritesh@gmail.com (which is my BBid). i dont know which ID is it asking for :/. those who are Genius in BBs plz help me
what should i do? i'm too anxious till the problem doesnt get solved! and if anyone wanna tell me on my bbm plz add asap 236FB59A and HELP.
