TMOBILE phones restricts 3g network with other carriers
How can i get 3g network using a Tmobile phone but with any other carrier?
When the phone is unlocked YES everything works on the other carriers but i dont get

you cant. there are 2 different 9780 models. the tmo phone doesn't physically support other carrier's 3g bands. if you had a att 9780, you would not be able to use tmo's 3g.

What Siefer says is true. The bands are different. Best you'll be able to get is EDGE. This has been discussed many many times on the forums. Please do a search before opening new threads. Thanks!
