threaded group texts not working on 9780

Is there a reason why threaded text messaging does not work on the 9780? I don't think mine has ever worked, and I have searched for answers, yet cannot find a solution.

Ex) I send a group message to people and they all respond to all and can see the recipients, yet i cannot ever see who all got the message, when they sent, and none of the responses come in a threaded message. They all come in separate texts.

Is there an easy fix for this?

I am currently running on OS 6.0 Bundle 1879

Help is greatly appreciated, as this is driving me insane!!

I recommend going into the options and checking that the settings aren't changed, because last I recall, they can be.
