Ok so my blackberry is stuck on the loader/ security wipe screen not sure what to do now as I have loaded a new os well I think it has to try to fix the problem but when the first tick for it says its loaded the software via laptop and trying to initialize the phone- second tick the phone starts up but screen goes back to what it initially does which is starts to loads up bar but 3 quaters of the way through the security wipe screen comes on then 45 percent way though that it just reboots again back to load bar and keeps in that cycle? any help would be most appriciated

download a new OS for your device. may be the one you are trying to install is corrupted one or you are just loading it in a bad way out. read the procedure airst then load it again carefully.

sorry but I forgot to mention that it is a blackberry bold 9780 and now for being abit stupid just to ask what is a shipped rom? is that the os software as I have tried to use the latest 02 one but still same result and also tried there oldest 6 os i can get it part loaded (the jvm bit) but then when it tries to initialize it just does the same again as first mentioned loadeds the bar just under half way then goes in to a white screen saying wiping which gets to around 50% then repeats all over again?
