Hi Sardyl, can you tell me if you have more than one version of Screen Muncher installed on your phone? (ie. Screen Muncher Free and Screen Muncher ($2.99 version)) If so, delete all the versions of Screen Muncher from your device, pull the battery, then return to My World in BlackBerry App World and reinstall the $2.99 version. Grant the app trusted status, pull the battery, and accept all the app permissions the first time you run Screen Muncher. That should fix it for you if you had more than one version of Screen Muncher installed. Let me know if that's not the case.
BTW, at the bottom of the Options screen is a Contact Support feature which will draft a new email to me. You'll get quicker support as I answer emails from that address first. It also gives me some information about your app and phone versions to help me troubleshoot.
