    Default problem 9780

    I need help.
I own 9780 and we are going to shut down several times during the day. I have to take out the battery to restart. happens to be working perfectly, and 10-15 days, and then at 10 times a day will go off. then it can not turn on without taking it out of batteries. sometimes, and I restarted the system again footwall. Two days ago I did the latest update and nothing has changed.

    If anyone has any ideas?

Maybe your battery is dying out. Have you tried replacing your battery?

I tried another battery change. I thought that maybe the software. last night, I accidentally pulled out a Memory card, micro sd 2bg, which I was previously the HTC Touch Pro2 phone and was full of applications for the HTC. After extraction, today at noon everything was ok, and then to restart 2-3 times now, can not extinguish. just restart, it very quickly done than when it was a micro SD in it. is now probably the card is a problem, and now the question is why is restarted?

If you're saying the phone spontaneously restarts once every day, then no. That is not normal behavior.

Clean the battery contacts. Check for dirt inside. Polish the brass bits.

Also check the quality of your microSD card. Does it still crash\reboot if you leave the microSD card out for a few days? (Or just buy a new one from a reputable source. Avoid fakes.)

What apps do you have installed? Do you trust them all?

I measured the battery voltage at the moments when blocked or restarted and it is 3.72 V, which is the voltage corresponding to the battery manufacturer's specification.
It is strange to say now is not even a restart, but I was not really used, it was running but I held conversations.

I solved the problem. I bought a new battery and problem was solved. Not even a shut down or reset. I bought the enhanced battery on the link below and I am satisfied for now. 3 days, but I use a battery to 35% power.
regards and thanks to everyone who tried to help.
