power problem 9780

salam can any one help me with ma bb power off ?? i powerd off ma cell phone but it just turned on jst one single click.. whtx might the problem is??

I think that might have happened to mine before, as well. I turned the device off and then it was suddenly on again and I was pretty sure I didn't press anything. Try turning your phone off and on again; and then doing a battery pull. I figure BlackBerrys are like computers - sometimes they just do random stuff for no reason! I hope your problem gets fixed! If you're at work or in school and it keeps doing that, put it on Silent so the incoming messages won't get you in trouble! Good luck!

That shows your phone is normal. BBs are set to be turned on by pressing the hang-up button once and that's it.
