i have a bb bold 9780 and basicly the plug indicator appears after a few seconds of charging my phone.. every time.. when i use a usb its fine, i recently got a replacment because my other phone had white screen but this phone is playn up aswell lol.. just my luck, any advice

is it not the normal thing for this phone , mine does the same , i think its to show that it is charging , why is this one acting up ?

I usually get this indicator when my phone isn't charging anymore (usually on my car charger.) I think it happens when the battery's overheating.

Check your charger's amps output.

I have changed the cable from the OE to a third party with dock and now the phone syncs and charges as soon as i plug it in , so im guessing that the cable was at fault because it only worked randomly.
