will monitor battery over the next day or two to see what's up.
For me, so far, it seems fast(er) that the devil...

silly question: if I install this on my wife's 9780 on T-Mobile, will the UMA still work? We just switched from Sprint where UMA wasn't an option so I'm still learning the ways of tmo and GSM.

Did App Loader tell anyone besides me that .668 is a system software downgrade from .666?

Gosh I just updated to 666 but might give .668 a try. Let's see what's what. This is upgrade madness

Am using the .668 cods with the .666 sfi & with "everything loaded to my device", i.e. data + all apps, I still have over 250 MB storage.
The os with this combo is very nice

Nope. The sfi (radio) file is still the one from .668, and that's where the good stuff (or bad stuff...) is at.

hahaha Diegonei... sorry for the ignorance but just noticed that .sfi resides in a separate folder 'UTMS' so replacing the whole java folder from .668 set will not override it.
So technically, by doing so, it will be combination of .668 java folder + .666 UTMS folder.... great...
Thanks. - 10-13-2011, 02:39 AM #25
Just want to confirm. Correct me if I'm wrong.
So what I need to do first is to install the .668 OS in my PC then I copy the Java folder and paste it somewhere. After that, I uninstall it and install .666 OS in my PC. Then I copy the .668 Java folder and replace the .666 Java folder?
Will this combination yield a better overall performance compared to .668? I mean to those who have tried it.Last edited by wllaw2; 10-13-2011 at 02:44 AM. Reason: Typo
