Default New Free Themes don't let you charge the Blackberry

New Free Themes don't let you charge the Blackberry.

I plugged in my BB with the new free 'spring themes' and it wouldnt let me charge. I had ti activate the old theme in order for USB charging to work. It might work with a standard charger that plugs into the wall, but i dont have one on me now to test.

No problems here. BlackBerry was charging when I was trying the new theme. Does the icon change at all when you connect the charger or does it stay at the battery icon?

I have found that some of the new themes do not show the plug or bolt through the battery. My theme does not but it is charging all the same.

Just plug it in or better drop it into the charging cradle and ignor that your charge indicator is missing

I've noticed some themes don't show the lightning bolt on the home screen but it appears in the browser so it is charging. My clock shows up when I charge so I know it's charging anyways.

It does charge, just that it doesn't show the bolt on the battery logo. Problem with the theme.

This. I played around with 6.1 icons and the battery meter that is set by default doesn't show a charging battery icon. I had to revert back to the stock 6.0 meter for it to show the lightning bolt to let me know it was charging. Don't worry about it, it's probably charging but without you knowing.

It still charges but you probably don't see the flashing bolt no more...is a little glich of themes. Try to charge and open a web page. I am sure u will see your charging bolt back since you're opening your original browser during charge. Btw even if you don t see the bolt it still charging

Mines shows the almost battery perentage, the bolt when the device is plugged. I've got meterberry anyway so the screensaver with the battery pops out anyway
