I have the blackberry bold 9780, the last couple of weeks when im on the internet it would freeze, but then i just switch it off and restart it, then it would work again, but tonight when i did that, it said error with a restart button, scared that if i click on it it will delete my photos and videos etc, i took out my batt and putted it back in, but then it takes like 20 min to get to the next screen, and same before it asks me my pin, then when i finally got it going, ALL my photos, music, etc was gone plus my smses is gone( my logo on my home screen )

Please tell me what to do, can i get that back and what must i do? Please those info is very dear to me!!!

Did you make a backup of everything? Is everything you had saved on the memory card or device memory? There isn't a way to recover it since photos and videos aren't saved with the backup. If you didn't make any backup with desktop manager, you are completely out of luck.
