Do a complete backup of your phone using BlackBerry Desktop Manager, then upgrade your OS.
Official OS 6.0.0.749 for Bold 9780 from T-Mobile Austria~DENISE~

Y just upgraded to the last OS (.749 from austria) and AGAIN my Documents To Go 2.0... are just "standard version" cant edit and cant create a file.... :S?
help me please! it''s really important due to my work that I can use that app! - 02-04-2013, 03:32 PM #8
If you want to do a Word document, I believe you need to create a blank template in your computer first, then transfer it via USB cord to your phone. Once you have a template, just open it and rename it and save it. I've never used it but google it to see if that's right.

My docs to go doesn't support Microsoft office 2010 documents...it only supports through 2008 I believe. Is there a version that supports 2010?
