Install latest OS - it is included.
Depending on carrier, you are looking at a build 126.96.36.19900 -/+
E.g. in my region 9780M_PBr6.0.0_rel2949_PL188.8.131.52_A184.108.40.2068 would be the one for your device.

If you want to do a Word document, I believe you need to create a blank template in your computer first, then transfer it via USB cord to your phone. Once you have a template, just open it and rename it and save it. I've never used it but google it to see if that's right.
worksheet 07 - 2003 says... i use the "excel" and upload/download to/from DROPBOX... working just fine.... also in my pc can open and edit them... HAPPY

If you can't understand that,
connect your phone to your comp, open the DM, go to the applications list, i believe there is docs to go as an option to install from there..
PS: TYPE FULL WORDS, MAKES IT EASIER FOR OTHERS TO READ! THIS IS NOT AN SMS, where you're charged if you exceed 140 characters!!!

Docs2Go is free and preloaded on andy BB7+ device (PlayBook, 9900, 9860, Z10,etc).
On OS6-, you have to download it manually from the web. To get full Docs2Go (with PDF2Go) you must buy the app.
