Media Player keyboard shortcuts?

Simple question which could be why I can't find an answer via search.

What are the keyboard controls for the media player on the Bold?

I want a simpler control for when driving. Trying to get that blue highlight to swap between play, pause, next and the progress bar is tricky when trying to keep eyes on the road.

I know about the volume control. And how this can be used as Next track and Previous track when held down. I also found out about the N and P keys.

What I really want though is a way to fast forward and rewind a track. Especially audio books after driving through a busy junction, I want to rewind a few seconds to catch what I missed.

Any tricks that I can use?

It would be nice to forward & rewind songs with shortcuts. I have done a google search and there is just older threads here asking the same thing.

My favourite parts of songs is the chorus......what's yours ?

The media shortcuts are the volume keys, the top right button mutes/unmutes phone calls, also pauses media.

I gave up my search in the end. There does not seem to be any way to fast forward or rewind a track. Just buttons to skip to next or previous and pause playback.
