    Exclamation Massive security failure

Okay so this is the situation:

Bought a Vodafone 9360 (battery life was APPAUL, hated it)

Sold it to a mate (performed security wipe)

Bought an o2 9780 (love of my life)

My emails are still going through to the 9360!! Ive changed my password, spoken to Blackberry support teams through o2, Vodafone AND BB.com yet he stilll receives them

I have also gone through o2mail.com to release any old accounts.

How is this allowed to happen? Not to mention most mail is of a sensitive nature! Help!

I have had a massive falling out with gent in question and so any attempt to cooperate is out the window....

    Default

Login to your BIS web configuration https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=o2mailuk and check which device is configured (look at the PIN). The only PIN and IMEI shown should be your 9870. If this is correct the problem MUST be at the email server(s) which are not validating password correctly.

The only other thing you can do is to change the email password again at the server. You should be able to verify this has happened and blocked access, because your 9870 will fail to get new messages until you set the new password in the BIS server.

If that doesn't lock him out I don't know where you try next but the problem is certainly in the server side, not equipment under your control.
