So I got the 9780 just a couple of weeks ago and the end key feels very loose already. I'm mostly nervous it will come off and I will lose it, any advice?? I won the phone and I just had a bad experience with warranty exchange so not really up for doing that. Thinking about just contacting the BB rep I won it from and seeing if she can replace it for me.
