Nope its not. The latest is 6.0.0.723 (bundle 3106).

However, the one on that device being OS ver 6.0.0.600 isn't too bad so unless she's facing some problems or glitches, I wouldn't really bother the upgrade.

New isn't always better ...

mine is 6.0 bundle 2475...i doubt its the latest...how can I update each time i try it says i have the latest but i've seen other ones out and can't install...how do i do that??
