I was using an older Blackberry, and have just recently upgraded to Bold 9700.

On my old Blackberry, I was in 15 groups and was able to see all members of the groups I was in and I received messages fine.

When I changed to 9780, the groups admins invited me into the groups I had been in, and here's where the problem starts.

I received the invitations into the groups, and now I am in the groups that I was in before.
However, I only see one other member in the group, i.e. the group admin.
I don't see the other members, and I don't receive any messages from anyone in the group (except the group admin). And after some time the groups in which i have joined im not able to see inside blackberry messenger as well.... and my phone starts getting hanged... Me sent the phone to service centre they kept my phone for 15 days and now again the same problem. Will anyone tell me can my phone be replaced by a new one thru service centre ???

I have checked the options, upgraded BBM to the latest version, uninstalled and re-installed it, but it hasn't resolved the problems at all.

Does anyone out there have the same problem as mine, and does anyone know how to fix this?

ive had that happen before. the phone doesnt need servicing. just need to remove yourself from the groups and re-add you until it works. btw, 15 groups is ALOT! i was in 2 groups and BBM started lagging like crazy and kept screwing up.
