    Default I can't receive Emails on my device

    I have registered my email with my service provider on my BB but I still don't receive emails even whem they are actually in my inbox..I need help ASAP

    Do you have a BlackBerry data plan (BIS)?

    If you're on one of those social plans, I believe those don't include emails.
