    Default I can't make/receive any call/text. I can still use internet.

    Please help. I bought a second hand phone. The phone is unlocked. When I insert my simcard it shows the network and the signal is full. showing 3G as well. I can use internet perfectly. However I cannot make any phone call or send a text. It shows no service currently available. I tried using my main phone to call the number I put in this BB, it just goes to voicemail. When I take the sim card out and use on another phone, everything is fine. So I think it's something worng with BB phone. Not sure if I need to set anything?

    When I click bb messenger, it's showing a loading of "associating BBM with your Blackberry ID". But it never ends.

    please please please help me. I have spent nearly all day to search and sort it out with no luck

    Another thing to mention. After keep charging the battery until it reached quarter of full battery, it shows a sign of full battery. When I uncharge it and left it for an hour. Then try to use the phone again, the phone is off. Cann't turn un. is it something wrong about the battery? afetr charge again and left it again..the phone will turn off again by itself.

    Well may be his phone is stolen but mine can't be cause I'm using the phone in a different country! : /

    I already reloaded the latest OS but still have this problem. And when I try to open a page with wifi is says "browser has been blocked"! I guess I can't solve this I will return to the seller ... ?

    what u may need to do is
    1: do a factory reset (Reset your BlackBerry: the Factory Reset | CrackBerry.com)
    2: reload the os (different from the one currently in use) (How to Wipe / Load OS Using BBSAK) optional*
    3:remove the IT Policy from the phone using BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife)

    also do a selective restore of the data u backed up (recommend backup using BB Protect0

    Remove IT Policy using BB Desktop Manager

    I solved mine on blackberry desktop manager. Can't tell you exactly where to click but may be my problem was different cause I was unable to use the browser too. Can you surf with wifi? If you can't, your problem is the same: on blackberry desktop manager find on the top "reset policy" something ... I made this a few months ago. Any questions quote me.
