I'm new to this forum business but in need of help
Last night i tryed upgrading my BBM and Appworld, said both had installed, rebooted phone, both had GONE!
I then installed Appworld about 3 times, but it wasnt appearing whatsoever on my BB, without appworld my phone might aswell be unusable to me! Grrr!
After trying the usual, battery pull blah blah, nothing had worked !!
I'm now resorting to Factory Reset, in the hope that it should work.
Just a question, what will i need to do after this has completed? Sounds stupid I know, but i havent ever done this to my phone before.

Prolly should have done a backup before hand. Do you have blackberry protect on that thing? Might save you a headache. What carrier and what os version?
