flashlight remains on

I bought a bold 9780 few months back..
The problem I am facing is that the flashlight of my phone remains on, if I do a battery pull, it goes off..but then as soon as the battery is connected the flashlight switches on..and then it starts blinking..its really irritating. Can someone please help!!

maybe the flashlight have a short circuit?

No, I did not install any flashlight app..

I used to have the same problem with the Curve 8900, I left the phone alone, untouched for about 2 months...and the flashlight never turned on forever unless I used the camera.

try updating os ,if now bro , get it replaced if under warranty , make a backup b4 u go to the service centre , u have brightpoint and readintion if ur in india
