    Default data problem

    Hi,
    maybe somebody could help me..
    I have a data problem with my 9780. I have full data plan and I can't use facebook/ whatapp without wifi connection..
    I just upgrade to the OS 6.0.0.668 and still not working.

    What carrier? What country? Is the "full data plan" a BLACKBERRY specific Data Plan? Has it ever worked before?

    the carrier is Pelephone, Israel.
    it is the full data plan but not the BB specific.
    and it never work before.
    what should I do?

    You need a BLACKBERRY Data Plan (BIS) in order to use BlackBerry Data features.

    Contact your service provider for the proper data plan service.
