Hi, I'm a newbie with a big problem.

I have had my bold 9780 and not really had many issues with it until recently. My phone randomly deleted blackberry app world off my phone about 6 weeks ago but I didn't bother putting it back on. I have just reinstalled it and since I have, my whatsapp application won't work. It keeps coming up saying about cross application error. I deleted whatsapp off and reinstalled and it keeps coming up the error. I have set everything for this application to allow so can't understand why it won't work.

PLEASE help as it is really starting to annoy me!
