Default Changing White housing into Black

So I have a white housing on my phone currently (the one it came with) and have decided to change it to black, I have taken the phone apart before due to a non-functioning earpiece and managed to fix it without a problem, the only thing I am thinking about, is the white border on the screen, would I have to get a whole new screen or? Any ideas, cheers.

This is the housing I am getting (I read somewhere the 9700 housing will fit on the 9780, only doing this cause it's £5 cheaper haha)

I think you need a new screen. Tbh I wouldn't get why ud change from white to black. The white looks better. I'm more then sure u can get a 9780 housing for a good price. Get the 9780. Don't waste ur money

Yes, been there, done that. The screen has a coloured border around it. Be careful though, make sure you get the black screen that is compatible with your white screen.
This is my post on the matter.

Black, white, it's personal preference, and I prefer black. Thanks Malgpz900, will have to find out the model of my screen at some point then, do you know where I can find a list of compatible screens? Like xxxblack = xxxwhite or whatever?

Not that I am aware of. I just messaged the seller and asked if it was compatible.
