Can't use my 9780. Frozen?

I've done multiple battery pulls and it loads up all the way to the home screen...I can see the home screen but none of the keys work. I've tried reinstalling the OS and downgrading and nothing works. Ill probably just call tmobile and get another one.

Thoughts on what may be going on?

Hmm looks like slamming the BB on it's lock key a few times on the desk fixed it. LOL

Try taking the battery out and plug the device into the PC wait a few seconds then install the battery to see if it will reboot..you may have used up a lot of the devices memory as well..if that`s the case its time to clean house get rid of some apps..
