Can't get the Register message
I just bought an unlocked bold 9780 a few days ago but for some reason i can't receive the Register e-mail, I tried with another IM Card but still can't receive it. I tried going to a Blackberry technical service and they told me that the smartphone might be reported by RIM? I have no idea why and what should or can I do. Please I'm from Venezuela and if any of you knows the problem and how to fix it I'll be very very grateful.

Make sure the original owner has released the phone's PIN and IMEI from their BIS account, otherwise you'll be unable to register it yourself.
Can you still use the phone for calls and texts? If so the phone hasn't been reported lost/stolen, and it's not blocked. If not then it has been network blocked, and you're SOL.• That's Phill… with 2 L's ☺
