Cannot open PDFs
I cannot open PDFs. When I first open the email the PDF symbol appears so it is somehow recognising them. But then when I click on the attachments it says "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device"
I don’t excatly recall when this started happening or if it coincided with us moving over to hosted Exchange.

Install PDF-to-go on your device if you're using OS7 below. But if you're using an OS7 phone, there should be a pdf reader, no?

You need PDF To Go. It's in appworld.
