Please is there anyway I could browse on my bold 9780 without having a BIS? Where my applications like browser, whatsapp, ubersocial and other could work.. Please help!!!

Only works via wifi. Also, there isn't a way to circumvent it, as that is illegal to discuss here. Either pay for a bis plan, or just enjoy what you have.

If you want to browse without BIS, it is better to you to use Opera Mini

I used to do that before I have BIS subscription, so yes it is possible. But I agree you may want to use Opera Mini for better data compression and faster loading.

Actualy u can take only Data plan and configure TCP IT and use most non RIM Apps like Whatsapp, opera, uber social, etc.. Faceook and browser will work on wifi

I agree with the others, opera mini browser will work on WIFI but you will have issues here and there... best thing is to get a Blackberry data plan.
