I have the same device and am fine on wifi. It seems like some websites not geared for mobile use can take a while to load on 3G. Everyone keeps talking about the Opera Mini browser so you may want to download that and see what happens. Make sure you clear your history, cookies and cache out as this does help. Also, make sure you don't have any apps running in the background even when you're not using them. The last piece of advice may be to go to a T-Mobile corporate store and tell them that your signal does not seem as strong anymore and ask them to change your SIM card. There should be no charge for it as you didn't lose the one that you have. Make sure that they also copy the info on your current SIM to the new one and save your old one in a safe place just in case something happens to your BB and you also didn't back-up your info either through Desktop Manager or the BlackBerry Protect app.

Remember, go to a corporate store as opposed to one of those dealers since they will not only charge you for a new SIM but not even activate your number on the new SIM.
