I have a question on the capabilities of Blackberry Protect:

I have 2 Bolds 9780. I want to be able to wirelessly exchange information (i.e. not with the Desktop Software) between them (calendars, address books mainly) so that they are always synchronise. I assume that I can do this with Blackberry Protect but my BB Protect Account can only permit one device.

Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure you can have multiple 9780s under BB Protect. When I replaced mine, I used the app to transfer text messages from the old one to my current phone. IIRC, at that time, I even had a Bold 9000 under my devices.

You can have more than one device linked to Protect for sure.

When you enter the BB Protect site (https://protect.blackberry.com), the site requests you to enter a Blackberry ID. This is unique to a BB device (If I understand well. Can you please confirm it is so?). I enter to the BB Protect and you have 3 main menus:
1. My Device
2. My Data
3. Manage Devices - How do I add a second BB device here? I cannot figure this out.

The main idea is that I have BB Nr.1 and BB Nr.2 (or even Nr.3, since I actually have 3 BB devices) and want at any given time to be able to restore data from Nr.2 to Nr.1 (not from Nr.1 to Nr.1).

How can I do this?
Please this is quite important for me.

The main issue is that I want to be able to recover all my BB device data even of I lose the device (i.e. recover the data to another BB Device). In order to do this I can either:
1. Do it through Desktopr Software (this requires cable, computer, time etc etc)
2. Try and do it wirelessly through the mobile, without any use of PC, cable etc. As said, it seems that BB Protect is the application that permits you to do this,

The problem is that I cannpt figure out how to do that. Normally I should be able to restore data from BB Nr.1 to BB Nr.2, while keeping BB Nr.1 functional.

Can you please help?

You need to do this from the phones, not the website.

Download BB Protect to both (or three, whatever) devices. Log in to BB Protect (with your BBID) on phone#1 and do a back-up. Then, using the same BBID, log in to phone#2. It should ask you if want to add a device, say yes. Then your backup from phone#1 should be available to restore on phone#2.
