yea ... it will need like a 24-48 hour time period in order to record your battery patterns. Then it will tell you. All in all it is a pretty neat app. The coolest part is that it gives you a graph of your battery life and a icon on the status bar that displays your battery life.

So I Installed Battery Watch and monitored my battery. Above 40 % the battery status said OK. But under 35 % the status said 10000000000.
I googled what this means, but I couldn't find anything helpfull.
Does somebody know what this means?

Thanks in advance.

This is an OS issue, as I never had this problem until I upgraded my OS. Since then, I have exactly what you're referring to and my phone shuts down when it's in the orange, rather than the red like it did before... and it happens unexpectedly, without warning.

I was on v6.0.0.0 600, Platform 6.6.0.223... will be updating today.

If you have reinstalled/updated your OS and you still receive this notification then your only other option would be to replace the battery. I have found a few places to get some below.

I personally bought my battery from the seller in the first link.

Option 1

Option 2

I have. I know some trusted sellers who have exceeded my expectations.

why not?

they are made in the same factories as the batteries sold in retail stores.

I have bought lots of batteries (AA, AAA, button cells) from ebay and they all work fine, sometimes even better than the ones from retail stores.

Why would you want to spend 60$ more for a battery that is marketed to be better but in reality isnt?

I have exactly the same issue. At 34% the phone shuts down. Interestingly once the phone is charging and it reaches 66% it then jumps to 100%.

Overall the battery life degraded a lot since I first bought it in Dec-10. I used to only need to charge once every 3 days when now the phone lasts 10-14 hours. And the third of the battery is not even useful

That's terrible! I have a very similar problem - my phone will get to be 20% and will then shut down; saying, "Battery drained. Shutting down handheld." I usually just charge it at night and maybe during the day if need be. I was also told to get a new battery; and I too would recommend eBay.
