One thing, you can download google maps..
or else, if you want to use bb maps only, go to www[dot]blackberry[dot] com/maps and restart your phone after that...
an alternate way to install it,
1. connect your phone to your pc/mac
2. open the DM, click on the applications button, you'll be shown an option to install bbmaps from that too..

Oh sorry thats was my bad..failed hard. i installed google maps but when im launching it just shows this message Network Unavailable: This application requires a data connection, and some Blackberry devices require reconfiguration to work preperly. Please visit ........... on your computer for more info.
Whats the problem? Is it because my BB is cracked and i don't have Blackberry data plan ( dont know how it actually is called, well i can't use BBM because i dont have that thing )

Okay, so here's the thing, i don't know how to access anything on the net without a BB plan.. and it's got nothing to do with a crack or something.. (i hope you are not meaning a physical crack
, my bad, poor joke) .. all jokes aside, i don't know how to access internet on a bb without the bb plan. so according to me, you are in an unknown territory!
all the best
or you could definitely activate a bb plan and browse everything and be happy!

That's too bad.. Well, there are some plans here in India like this
1. social weekly plan
2. social monthly plan
3. emails weekly plan
4. emails monthly plan
5. internet weekly plan
6. internet monthly plan
7. enterprise monthly plan
I personally have the internet weekly plan, i pay around 1.5 USD per week for that plan, which includes 10 email accounts + unlimited surfing + unlimited streaming + that too on 3G! inquire in your area what's the rates..
all the best
