Over the past week my phone has started randomly refusing to recognize the media card. I can do a hard reboot to get it working again but the cycle just repeats. This really isn't acceptable (for one thing, my alarm program uses tones stored on the media card and several times I've overslept due to the alarm going off but no sound b/c no media card recognition). Is this the phone or the card? What can I do before trying to get a new BB under my warranty?

First check out our microsSd card, in a PC, i suggest do a check disk, if still have problem, try to back up oinly your media of the SD, next do a format with the PC, and then another with the 9780
