Doew my unused battery are going to discharge even it didnt use? Be cause i bought oem battery and in observation mode for the new one. I fully charged my old battery and leave it to the drawer. Does my old battery still full when im gonna use it?

All batteries discharging over the time, no matter you have in your phone or in a box, depends on the quality of the battery the discharge rate, could be less or more.

Yes you can swap your batteries. Swapping often is a good idea as then you can keep both batteries healthy.
