I'm having some problems with my bb 9780 that have just recently started. I'm running the os 6.0.0.722. Its saying low power and turning off when the battery meter says 50%. After rebooting and turning back on all my files in my folders have doubled and they are on my home screen and still in their folders. and since updating the the most recent version of facebook on there, its not working right. The chat doesn't work most of the time and the likes won't go through. It will say the server for facebook isn't available. i have been running this os for 3 months with no problems until now. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch, Jamie.

You could try a security wipe. It will restore your phone back to factory settings. If that doesn't work, you might have to do an OS reload.
