9780 turning off alone

let me just explain : my bb when i turn it on he does everything normally, but it when the comes to security software verification is does it, and the comes the menu my trackpad its just working when i press shift, and the qwerty its not working, and its freezing a lot, and ita turning off alone i have updated the system, please help

You need to reload your OS after wiping your device.

i ve taken the battery out like hundred times its not working, now just the led light keep flashing yellow and green

Agreed as referenced in the above quote. You need to WIPE your device, and then RELOAD your Operating Software.

One other thought. You may have a bad battery contributing to the problem. Make sure your battery is holding a charge, and delivering the right amount of juice. Are you running on a power cord? A bad battery can cause issues if it is discharging rapidly and causing the Berry to basically crash as it suddenly turns off without warning.
