Right, probably a very newbee question but, will I need to buy a theme to get the calender and messages to appear on my homescreen? I've seen it on home plus themes just wondered if it came standard on the phones at all, as I've not seen any themes going around for the 9700 yet.

Thats only because is just being released. If there is not a preloaded today theme then there will be loads on various sites within the next few weeks.
