So I wanted to know if there is a way I can further customize a custom theme?

Heres an example:





I really love this themes home screen and I love that there is no banner at the top.What I dont like about this theme is it menu screen.I would much rather prefer icons instead.

And I want icons like Precision Zen.

Can someone help? Thanks.

Not without having the theme files from the creator of that theme. Your best bet is to contact them and see if they will do some customizations, most will do for a small fee/donation.
