Request: Iron Man theme

Evening everyone.
Putting in a request for an Iron man theme. Ive got an old wallpaper that i was using, but im hoping to get a 8\9 button bottom dock based on that, with the possibility of custom icons.

Ive never made a theme before, and im not sure where to start. If anyone is willing to do this, let me know

I d be up for makin ya one. I have 3 just posted iu have done if you would like to check them out. Want a reg dock or a hidden dock ? If u want u can send me the wallpaper you want to use

Lookin for a reg dock, somewhat like

But with this as a background

The one thing that im really fond of, is a transisting screen's if at all possible.

Easiest way would be OTA, I still can't figure out half the options in desktop mgr 6. Pin is 22CDFD7A if u need to contact me. Thx!
