Please please someone tell me there are free themes around here! Love the phone (I'm an ex-8900'er and I heard that the 8900 themes work on the 9700...so not true) If ne1 knows where or how I can get some girly or even oh'kay themes...holla at ur girl!

Look further down the forum topic list. There is a whole section for themes, a lot of free ones for the 9700.

Plenty of free themes here in the BlackBerry Themes Forum...girly ones too

8900 and 9630 themes work on the 9700.

Yes, 8900 themes are fine to use. I am using DoubleDock from my 8900 right now.
